Banana Greek Yogurt Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups (450 g) plain Greek yogurt

3-4 medium ripe bananas (400 g or 2 cups mashed)

4 large eggs

4 cup (320 g) rolled oats (old fashioned or quick)

1/2 cup (100 g) brown sugar

3 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup (170 g) chocolate chips, mini or regular

 

PRE HEAT OVEN: 400°F
