INGREDIENTS:
Make 2 trays 9x13
1.75L pasta sauce
540ml cream of mushrooms
1kg ground beef
6-8 garlic minced
2 medium onion chopped
1 tbsp oregano chopped
1/2 cup parsley chopped
1 tbsp basil chopped
1 cup carrot finely chopped or grated
1 cup celery finely chopped
2 tbsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bunch spinach
4 280g tub ricotta cheese
320g shredded mozzarella
2 eggs
2 box 375 g oven ready lasagna pasta
