300G FRESH TOFU SKIN (CUT INTO SERVING SIZE) 150G BROWN SHIMEJI MUSHROOMS

5 PCS SHITAKE MUSHROOMS 

CHOPPED ONION

CHOPPED GARLIC

SPRING ONION CHOPPED

1 TBSP SESAME OIL

2-3 STAR ANISE

1 TSP XO SAUCE

1/2 CUP CHICKEN STOCK

CORNSTARCH DILUTED IN WATER

4-5 STALKS PETCHAY (OPTIONAL)

 

FOR MARINATE:

2 TBSP SOY SAUCE

2 TBSP OYSTER SAUCE

1 TBSP DARK SOY SAUCE

2 TBSP CHINESE COOKING WINE

GROUND BLACK PEPPER

1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
