Chicken Sopas with Cream of Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS:
450g macaroni pasta
2 540g cream of mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
4 garlic minced
3 chicken thigh (cooked, shredded)
1/2 cup carrot julienne
salt and pepper to taste
6-8 cups chicken stock
1 cup milk
6 hotdogs (fried, sliced)
1/4kg cabbage
spring onion chopped
hot water if needed
