1 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Hoisin sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tbsp Ketchup

450g egg noodles or chow mein noodles

1/4kg pork belly

Onion chopped

Garlic minced

Spring onion chopped (separate stem and green part)

5-6pcs shitake mushrooms dried or fresh

1/2cup carrot julienne

150g cabbage or petchay baguio
