For beef marinate:

1/4kg beef thinly slice

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp chinese cooking wine

1 tsp cornstarch

For sauce mixture:

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp chinese cooking wine

1/2 cup chicken stock

1 tbsp brown sugar 2

27g flour stick noodles or egg noodles

Garlic minced

Onion slices

Ginger minced

Spring onion chopped
