INGREDIENTS:

1/4 kg togue (bean sprouts)

150g carrot julienne

150g sweet potato julienne

Onion chopped

Garlic minced

1 cup rice flour (more or less)

1-2 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp fish sauce

Ground black pepper

2-5 tbsp water Oil for frying

 

*5-6 pcs okoy

*deep frying
