INGREDIENTS:

300g mung bean vermicelli

12pcs shrimp deveined no shell

2 eggs beaten

200g cabbage

50g mild red chili or bell pepper

1/4 cup carrot julienne

Garlic minced

Onion sliced

Spring onion chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil

 

For sauce mixture

1 tbsp sugar

3 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

Ground black pepper

2 tbsp water
