INGREDIENTS:
smoked ham (hickory farm)
540g cream of mushrooms
1 cup chicken stock
250g potato small cubes
250g mushrooms slices
100g carrot small cubes
Onion chopped
Parsley chopped
2 tbsp butter
Oil
Cornstarch diluted in water (OPTIONAL)
Salt and pepper to taste
