3-4 TBSP BUTTER

ONION SLICED

GINGER SLICED

GARLIC CHOPPED

RED CHILLI

2-3 TBSP SOY SAUCE

1 TBSP VINEGAR

2 TBSP SUGAR

1-2 TBSP KETCHUP

1-2 TBSP OYSTER SAUCE

SALT AND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE

CORNSTARCH DILUTED IN WATER

SPRING ONION CHOPPED
